iRely tracks prepaid, dollar, and regular contracts. As sales tickets come in, pricing is calculated based on contract price. Dollar or gallon limits are automatically tracked and applied to ensure margins.

Reporting

Along with customer invoices, print mileage reports; vehicle service reports; and fuels reports by card or vehicle including cost per mile, miles per gallon, or total miles driven.
